Ronald "Ron" Weasley is the sixth son of Arthur and Molly Weasley, whose family is in poverty. Ron becomes quick best friends with Harry Potter when they first meet on the Hogwarts Express, but it takes a while to befriend Hermione. Ron is irrationally afraid of many things, including spiders, and deep down loves his family.

He is a member of the House of Weasley and the Parkinson Family. He's also a former student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, where he was sorted into Gryffindor and later joined the Gryffindor Quidditch Team. Ron is also a founding member of Dumbledore's Army and an honorary member of the Order of the Phoenix.

After the Wizarding War, Ron and Pansy married with two children, Penny and Rowan.
